Staff is great. Rooms are great, but beachside climate it beginning to deteriorate the bottoms of the cabinets.and doors

Everyone was so friendly!! They were always helpful with everything and acted like they really liked their job. The resort was so clean and everything was conveniently located. The pools and amenities were outstanding! Definitely will be back!! Hopefully next year.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Dreams Natura. The food and drink were excellent, service was always courteous and polite. The facilities were always clean and well maintained.

All the restaurants on this property were really awesome. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family. We enjoyed Italian, Chinese, Mexican, and French.

Only issue we had was never any sun loungers it is obvious not enough for number of people it was ridiculous to go down at 7am and all beds “taken” have never seen this in Mexico until this year it was like going back to holidays in Spain in the eighties! Nit really acceptable for a hotel of this class.

The resort was beautiful and maintained well. The food was really good for an all inclusive, the drinks were watered down so I’d suggest getting anything you want on the rocks. The beach wasn’t swimmable due to alligators and high seaweed- the water was dark and muddy/murky. So, if your plan is to swim in the beach, plan to travel elsewhere for beach activities.

Cleanliness, attention from staff, food was amazing. All restaurants were easy to attend. Over all this place was amazing!!!

The staff was amazing! Food options at all inclusive resorts can be met, but the restaurants here were wonderful. The beach was clean and there were a ton of entertainment options daily.
